There is a dominance of use of the internet for educational needs than for entertainment. The new traditions will dominate many societies because all societies will become more and more similar until a new “super culture” is formed. New traditions will be formed with cultural homogenization. If this continues to occur, we will lose sight of many traditional cultures and customs within those cultures. As this concept continues, we are coming closer to forming a new, global culture. This means that the uniqueness of each culture is being reduced and cultures are becoming more similar to one another. There are millions of different cultures throughout the world and each one has its own unique identity and way of life.Ĭultural homogenization is the blending of cultures. Cultural differences occur because every culture fulfills its needs in different ways and those ways are passed on from generation to generation.
